What are the registration and log in requirements for the Aetna International website?

 Term  Definition 
 User NameYour user name must be between 6 and 20 characters in length and contain no spaces.
 PasswordYour case-sensitive password must:
   > Contain at least one letter and at least one number
   > Be between 8 and 20 characters
   > Be different from your user Name
Example: 2be1validpassword; Pass1word
 Forgot User Name?This help option will tell you your user name instantly if your responses on an online form exactly match the information you gave at registration.
 Forgot Password?This help option will permit you to create and verify a new password if your response on an online form correctly answers the security question you gave at registration.
 Primary SubscriberPrimary subscriber is defined as the primary individual under whom the plan is held (e.g. the employee of the company who sponsors the plan).
 DependentDependent is defined as those who are covered under the primary subscriber (e.g. the family member(s) of the employee).
 Aetna International Plan SponsorTypically a customer who sponsors a group plan of benefits through Aetna International. A plan sponsor may be an HR representative or other designated representative from a given client company.
 Aetna International Business
 Alliance Partner
Typically, an international company with significant health care expenses in the United States who has partnered with Aetna International to provide their insured members with access to Aetna's nationwide network of health care professionals.
 Aetna International ProducerTypically a broker or consultant who has either written business with or plan to write business with Aetna International.

Registration/Log In Requirements: Aetna International Plan Sponsors

If you are a current Aetna International Plan Sponsor contact and have registered your name and e-mail address with your Aetna International representative, please use this information (exactly as you have provided it to your Aetna International representative), along with your group control number to self-register and log in to the website.

If you have already been assigned a user name and password for the Aetna International website, at this time you will not be able to re-register to establish a personalized account. If you have any questions regarding access to this site, please contact your Aetna International representative.

If you are a prospective plan sponsor and would like to see the features available through the Aetna International website, please contact an Aetna International Sales Representative.

If you are a current Aetna International Business Alliance Partner and have registered your name and e-mail address with your Aetna International representative, please use this information (exactly as you have provided it to your Aetna International representative), along with your group control number to self-register and log in to the website.

If you are an existing producer (broker or consultant) who has written business with Aetna International, please contact your Aetna International representative for your user name and password.

Registration Errors: Aetna International Plan Sponsors and Business Alliance Partners

If you are you unable to register for the Aetna International website, the following problem(s) may have occurred:

1. Your account has not been established by your Aetna International representative. Please contact your Aetna International representative for assistance.

2. You have entered your first name, last name or e-mail address differently than how it was provided to Aetna International during your account set-up.

3. You have entered the wrong Control Number.

If you feel that you have reached this message in error please contact your Aetna International representative for further assistance.

Forgotten Password: Plan Sponsors, Business Alliances and Producers
If you have forgotten your password, you simply click on the "Password Reset" button, and you will be prompted to answer the challenge question that you provided as part of your registration for the Aetna International website. Upon answering the question correctly, you will be prompted to select a new password for entry into the site. If this step fails or you have forgotten the answer to your challenge question, please contact your Aetna International representative.

Plan Sponsors: Good News! If you have already registered for another Aetna website, such as EZ Enroll, you can use that same user name and password to log in to the Aetna International website.
